Shipping Policy for George Fear Imports

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

• Domestic: All states within the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

3.1 Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: Dry Goods and Supplies   3-7 business days. Cost: $8.99 (Included Free for orders over $50).
• Expedited Shipping: Usually USPS  Priority Mail  2-3 business days. Cost: $24.99.
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day. Cost: $49.99.

3.2 International Shipping

There is no International Shipping outside the lower domestic 48 United States.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We ship Monday through Wednesday. We shall try to facilitate special shipping requests to the extent we can.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions

6.1 P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6.2 Restricted Items

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to some locations due to local laws and regulations. By placing an order, you verify that all items are legal within your local and state laws, and you agree to hold George Fear and George Fear Imports harmless from shipments to your location.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at george@georgefearimports.com. We will work with the carrier to try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7.2 Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address details before placing an order.

7.3 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at george@georgefearimports.com  with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
